As Founder and CEO, Rishabh brings strategic vision and is a firm believer that meaningful transformation requires getting your hands dirty. He believes that great ventures aren’t born polished, but shaped through discipline, hard work and strong ethics.
Before founding Transformative, Rishabh served in senior global leadership roles at AIESEC, one of the world’s largest youth-run organizations. As President of AIESEC India and later Global Vice President of External Relations at AIESEC International, he led thousands of volunteers across 100+ countries. His leadership helped AIESEC India become the most awarded national chapter globally, earning accolades such as the ING Award for Global Excellence and the UBS Award for Asia-Pacific Leadership.
In his time at AIESEC, Rishabh travelled to over 28 countries, immersing himself in different cultures while managing culturally diverse teams. Doing so, he developed a deep understanding of people, purpose, and scale. He also worked alongside an esteemed advisory board featuring industry leaders like Ratan Tata, Adi Godrej, Meera Sanyal, Naina Lal Kidwai, Nandan Nilekani, Bobby Parikh, Ranjit Pandit and Atul Singh, among others – an experience that grounded his approach in both humility and high vision.
In the middle of all this, Rishabh embraced the unglamorous grind. Navigating ambiguity, building from scratch, making mistakes, and leading with heart and discipline. That journey, with all its challenges and reinventions, shaped not just a company—but a culture of transformation.
While pursuing his MBA at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, in 2010, Rishabh laid the foundation for Transformative Learning Solutions later rebranded as Transformative Ventures. The company was subsequently incubated at ISB and secured investments from several marquee angel investors.

Today, Rishabh continues to invest in future generations of changemakers as a Board Member at AIESEC Delhi-IIT and a Member of the Board of Advisors at IILM University.
